Workshop Details:
This workshop will provide the college students a base to automotive technology. They will learn about each and every driving systems involved in automation and get better understanding and grip on its application. They will be learning the basics of each and every automotive part along with the physical demonstration of many automotive parts, so that they have the insight of the full working mechanism involved in it. These projects focus on the application and use of technology rather than their internal working so that a person can grasp the concepts well. This is more practically oriented workshop which is provided to give the insight of the real mechanism involved in different automotive parts.
WHOLE WORKSHOP WILL BE CONDUCTED BY “TATA MOTORS AUTHORISED TRAINING CONSULTANT”.
REGISTRATIONS FOR WORKSHOP:
The registration amount is Rs.1300/- per head . The registrations will be accepted only after paying the specified amount.
REGULATIONS FOR PAYMENT:-
1. The amount for the workshop can be paid by DEMAND DRAFT AND ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER.(*For further details regarding electronic fund transfer, contact your nearest Bank).

ACCOMMODATION DOCKET
1. For availing accommodations contact the accommodations co-ordinators.
2. The official Accommodation facility will be provided as per following schedule:
Ø Check-in timing: 20th FEBRUARY 2014 from 9pm
Ø Check-out timing: 22nd FEBRUARY 2014 by 9pm
3. Accommodation will be provided on ‘first come-first serve’ (in terms of Payment received) basis.
4. Accommodation to female participants will be provided in separate campus on sharing basis. (All conditions same as above)
5. The Accommodation fee:
For boys: Rs. 650/-
For girls: Rs. 800/-
The fee includes accommodation & conveyance (Pick & Drop) facility. Transaction fee (for inter and intra bank transfers as levied by the banks, if any) will be extra and will not be included in the fee.
*Accommodation fee is non-refundable.
** Accommodation fee will remain the same irrespective of your stay in the above mentioned period.

8. No entry to the accommodation site is allowed after 00:00 Hrs.
9. Pick up timings from the accommodation site are 08:30 AM and 09:30 AM, and teams will return to their accommodations by 6:00 PM and 6.30 PM respectively.
10. Alcohol, drugs, sharp objects and explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation site. Any other item if deemed unsafe will be prohibited. The decision of Accommodation Team will be final in case of any disputes.
11. individuals are required to sign an undertaking at the accommodation site.
